Founder & Managing Attorney

Angelika D. Charczuk is an immigration attorney based in Chicago, Illinois, and the founder of ADC Immigration Law. Having worked for private law firms as well as served clients pro bono through legal clinics, she has extensive experience handling a variety of cases, including removal defense, asylum, family petitions, naturalization, and humanitarian relief. She graduated from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois, where she obtained her Juris Doctor degree, along with a Certificate in International and Comparative Law. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Charczuk was an English Teaching Assistant with the Fulbright U.S. Student Program in Madrid, Spain. Originally from Warsaw, Poland, she fluently speaks Polish and Spanish. 

Outside of her practice, Ms. Charczuk teaches aerial fitness classes and spends time with her two rescue huskies, Sirius Black and James Potter.
